Field editor “required”

    Hi,

    the required option in the field editor hasn’t any effect, you can publish events leaving the required fields blank.

    I’ve already deleted the plugin and all events, reinstalled, doesn’t work.

    Hi @agramonis ,

    If you are trying to add event from the frontend (https://demo.wp-eventmanager.com/post-an-event/) it should work fine. If you are adding events from the backend then as per the default custom post type we haven’t set up and validation due to the limitation.

    Hi,

    I want to add events from the backend, what limitations are you talking about? Do I need a additional add on for this feature?

    Hi @agramonis,

    We are not adding validation in backend due to the limitation and most of the plugin don’t provide validation on backend by default. Some time it makes more limited for admin to manage from the backend.
