Field description

Automatically including the Gravity Form Field Descriptions is not a feature we currently offer but we’ve already got it on our Roadmap. If you’re interested in seeing a feature in the plugin vote for it or write a comment to show your interest on our Roadmap.

Thanks for the reply. It’s a client requirement to show the fields in my pdf. Is there a piece of code I can insert somewhere at a root level that will pull the field description?

Hi Adam,

We’ve got this request a few times so I’ve put together an example showing how you can use one of our field filters to include a field’s description in any v4 PDF template – Zadani, Rubix, Focus Gravity or Blank Slate.

I have the same issue. How would I take advantage of this filter? Do I need to add it to the /src/helper/abstract/Helper_Abstract_Fields.php file?

@oleksiakd95 the most straightforward place to put it is in your active theme’s functions.php file.
