    Hi there!

I was able to create a feed and adjust the ‘feed config’. However, I missed a setting and when I went back the ‘feed config’ could not be loaded. After it did take a very long time to load, I checked the console in my browser and noticed that several files were missing (404).
    See screenshot: https://recognice.be/wp-content/uploads/screen-1.png

What I have tried in the meantime:

    • Updated CMS and Plugins to the latest versions
    • Deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and your plugin
    • Removed and reinstalled CTX Feed
    • Tried creating new feed (but have same issue now)

Can you help me further please?

    Thanks in advance!
    Cedric

    Hello @cedric_s ,

    Thanks for reaching us,

It appears there is a site-specific issue related to permissions. Please make sure that CTX Feed has the necessary permissions to communicate with your server. If the issue persists, double-check your server settings and configuration to ensure everything is correctly set up. This will help us identify and resolve the problem more efficiently.

    Hi Shahed

Thanks for your quick reply. Can you give me some more guidance? What are the necessary permissions and how can I check this?

If you mean CHMOD, directories are 755 and files 644

    Thank you,
    Cedric

    Hello @cedric_s,

    Thanks for reaching us,

Initially, you can grant uploads folder access with permissions set to 755 since feed are store within this folder. In some cases, if this does not resolve the issue, root folder access may be necessary too.
