Field Builder: Number: to Two Decimal Places

I’m currently using the Estatik Simple version to see if I can get it to do what I want it to do prior to purchasing the PRO or RETS version (if my MLS will give me RETS access, TBD).

The first blip I’ve encountered is that I need to be able to set the acreage value out to two decimal places. I input 0.18 as the acreage on one of my listings and the program stated I had to round that to 0.2. Unfortunately, that value would be incorrect and could get me fined so it’s definitely not something I can do! I could opt to use square footage, but that’s not what’s normal in our area for land.

I tried to make a custom field for this. I put the Step value to 0.01, thinking it could then step up 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 etc., it tells me the Step has to be 0 or 1.

So, ideas on how I can get a field to accept values out to two decimal places?
