Field added on checkout not editable on order page

    Hi,
    we are using your plugin on a Woocommerce website. We insert a new field on checkout page and it is visible also in Order email and order backend page.

    Now we try to change the value of the field on a placed order from backend but is not editable.
    All woocommerce default fields are editable after we clicked on the pencil on shipping address, but the field added with your plugin is not editable.

    There is a solution to this? How can we change the value of the field on a placed order?
