Fidelity card physical and virtual

    im looking for a solutions that can manage fidelity cards both physical and digital (virtual) at the same time. All starting from an existing physical card that will be registered on the site.

    Is it possible to do it with this plugin?

    Hello,

    There’s no integration of physical loyalty cards in the plugin. The only way to include both physical and digital cards would be to use a WooCommerce POS plugin for the physical store and have an integration between the loyalty plugin and the POS plugin.

    I haven’t heard of any loyalty plugin that has this feature. I hop you can find a solution.
