    Hello,

In the off canvas menu, the search button just doesnt do anything when you tap on it on mobile when logged in, it works on desktop if you go into responsive mode in dev tools, however, on an actual phone or tablet it doesn’t. It also works when signed out for some reason.

Also the search results page does not come up with the template I created in elementor and I have no idea why

    Hi @dool676!

Probably there is an element that overlays the button and prevents users from clicking on it or a JavaScript error visible in browser inspection under the console (tab).

I suggest you start debugging by disabling each plugin one by one and checking if the error still occurs. It’s best to do it in incognito mode or with caches completely disabled (cache plugins or server cache). Also try changing the theme for a while, e.g. to Storefront.

The browser inspector can check this for mobile, but I can’t do that since I don’t have your website URL. Also, as you mentioned this error occurs only for logged-in, and here we can’t ask you about any data like logins or passwords. So I think you have to debug it on your own. I can only give you an instruction: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/remote-debugging

If you can’t connect your phone to your computer for debugging, you can look for a web mobile testing platform that allows you to access your site from any device and access the browser console where you can debug the problem. Unfortunately, I can’t give you the name of the platform, but you can easily find it using an internet search engine.

Let me know if you find anything or solve the problem.

    Regards,
    Kris
