[fgallery 404 Not found] Help

  • I am getting a random error on my home screen. It is only on my home screen though. The error is: [fgallery 404 Not found]. I have not downloaded or changed anything that I can recall. I just refreshed and I got the error.

    What could it be?

    try:

    -deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down and possibly fix the problem. If the problem goes away, activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the culprit.

    -switching to the default theme (“twentyten”) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

    I finally got it figured out. I changed a gallery and forgot to remove the plugin/widget from the sidebar. When it was removed, I was left with the issue.

    I had to reinstall it, remove it, remove gallery, then delete it.
