I am trying to use the plugin for the first time, and get an error when looking at the FFmpeg test in the WP admin (below).

I have confirmed with the web host that FFmpeg is installed (v 4.1.1), but they are telling me that the plugin is incompatible with this version. Where can I find FFmpeg version requirement information? Any, any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

It looks like libx264 isn’t enabled in that build of FFMPEG. Version numbers with FFMPEG are not particularly informative since a lot of people compile it themselves. My plugin works with FFMPEG going back 10 years.

Thanks for the prompt response! I’ll convey that to the host (SiteGround), and see if that’s something they can do on their end. Cheers.
