FFMPEG is not installed and i can't install it

    Please contact your hosting webserver admin if it is shared server.

    Hello I have the same question. My client has a dedicated server with DreamHost. Can you give instructions or direct me to a tutorial on how to install FFMPEG ? Thanks so much ! Having the picture preview is very very critical . Thanks !
