    The [ff_if] shortcode doesn’t seem to work in the Custom HTML field like it does in the confirmation message and email, though it could be extremely useful there.

    I’m attempting to add a confirmation section to the end of our Product Sampling form with the Custom HTML field before a user hits the submit button, but I’m having an issue of there being gaps between the chosen products.

    How I have the form setup is that a user can select multiple items from a Checkbox field which then bring up Radio Button fields showing the sizes for each item picked. After selecting the products and sizes they go to the next page where they would enter in their shipping information and it would show what size products they have selected in the Custom HTML field.

    Right now I have the Custom HTML list the results of multiple Radio fields like:
    {dynamic.naso_choice}
    {dynamic.trach_choice}
    {dynamic.endo_choice}
    {dynamic.nasal_choice}
    etc.

    So if the user had selected the Naso and the Nasal products there will be a gap between them because of Trach and Endo not being chosen. With the shortcode I could make it work like an accordion and close up the gaps of the items not chosen. So is there a way to make the shortcode work in the Custom HTML field? Or is there maybe another option I am missing?

    The [ff_if] shortcode won’t work in a custom HTML field. These shortcodes only work in the case of confirmation message and emails.
