Few questions regarding plugin

  • Hi guys,
    i never used DHL system before and it seems to be quite complicated. I registred on DHL customer portal and got EKP/Participation numbers. Now i dont undertand few things

    1) What is Shipper Address ?
    2) Should option on checkout “Calculate Shipping” use by autp DHL rates or? Since when i click calculate shipping and enter address it says

    There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    Do i need to add shipping zone also?
