Few Questions Before Downloading

I might be making a website soon that requires something like this. I have one or two questions regarding the plugin’s functionality first please.

1. Once the CV is made, can it be made searchable by recruiters? Like on a recruitment website like Reed or Indeed etc. Or is this extra programming?

2. What happens to the CV once it is created?

3. Are there are similar / sister plugins that work with this one?
