few questions about change and redirecting url

Hello,
i want change my post url`s from ( /%post_id%/%postname%.php ) To /%postname%/

*it will help my website rank and traffic in google ?

* i have a lot of internal links in my posts to each other , i should find them and replace the new urls ( /%postname%/ ) ?

* if i change settings is yoast for category and tags , to removing these from the cat and tag urls , it will be good ? its some how same for me like posts ( internal links )
