You can check the checkbox “Stick vertical floating interface horizontally at bottom only when screen is narrower than 783 pixels” in “Floating Interface” section at plugin options page in admin area. You can adjust the width in this option to control when the share bar sticks to the bottom of screen.

I can still see the width 783px in the HTML source which means floating bar will stick to bottom for the screens having width less than 783px. You should increase the width to 1000px in the option “Stick vertical floating interface horizontally at bottom only when screen is narrower than…..” so it sticks to bottom for the screens having width less than 1000px.
Clear the website cache after making these changes, if you are using any cache plugin.
