    Hi!
    I would like to use your plugin on my website but I can’t make it work…
    It seems that everything is configured correctly but rates are not showing up.

    One of the plugin prerequisites says “Set product dimentions: Woocommerce > Products > Products” – I have no “Products” submenu under Woocommerce > Products. Do you mean by that setting fixed dimensions for each product separately durnig edition of product data?

    I have customer account registered with MyBring (credentials are set) but I’m using free plugin wersion. Do i have to buy PRO version to have it functional? What are differecnces betwen free and paid plugin?

  • Hei @mariuszo!

    When we set you need to set the product dimensions, we mean two things:

    1. You need to make sure your dimensions are setup correctly within the
    woocommerce settings. If you head to your Woocommerce settings in the dashboard, the products tab will show you the Weight & Dimensions settings for the shop. Make sure these are correct?– I’ve seen people forget that CM is set here & all the products are listed in MM, which makes a 20mm product 20cm when Bring fetches the price! Set it to the wright measurement for your shop.

    2. Each product should have dimensions, this is what Bring will use to give you an accurate price. Without these set, Bring will default to their ‘everything’ price, which can often be twice what you’d expect it to be!

    MyBring has two sides to it. The first side is an account that allows you to get some benefits from bring – different pricing, cheaper shipping options, an account page with them allowing you to book orders etc. Whatever your agreement with MyBring is. This is available in the free plugin.

    With the PRO version of the plugin, MyBring Booking becomes enabled directly in your admin, allowing you to book and ship orders without leaving your Order page. There are a few more differences for the PRO version listed here: https://drivdigital.no/bring-fraktguiden-pro-woocommerce
