Few issues for using Online Shop theme

Few issues for using Online Shop theme:

1) My top Navigation Link is not working? They are not at all clickable, but those links and pages work and exist.

2) How to Add View Cart on top right corner?

3) Currency should be shown in CAD? (As in $25 CAD) But right now it only show $25. (Even though I already made the changes in WooCommerce)
