    We use your easy appt on a few sites with no issues for years.

    1) We are not able to see the form info TEXT field names after they select a date / time, and the form is not live. Odd.

    2) Google recaptcha does not highlight nor does any of the form submit buttons. See link to test page.

    3) The block days short-code is not working. [ea_bootstrap width=”780px” scroll_off=”true” layout_cols=”2″ “2023-12-18, 2023-12-20, 2023-12-25, 2023-12-28, 2024-01-01″]
