• Hi
Plugin is installed and I would say 50% complete from what I am trying to achieve but I really need some help , I am not great in coding or new to wordpress all together so pls bear with me.

1-featured image for an event works great on the event list but when you click on the actual event the size of it is huge- how can I resize that – single event featured image?

2-from reading few other posts I understood that the look or layout of event list would be the list of event, search box on top and also some sort of arrow so users can click to go next or previous- I dont have that.

3- I also saw something about scope future, past and today…now I created 2 pages one to show future events and one for the past – BUT this is what I really like to achieve, one page for past which is done, but on the event list page would like to have some sort of filters for PAST – CURRENT (Next 30 days) & Future (beyond 30 days) within the same view – the past will take them to the past page and current and future will display them on that page where we have the filter.

4-Can we somehow enhance the look of the calendar- it looks old?
If you can help me with that , I will be very grateful to you. thanks

  • Give me a link to the site so I can inspect the element. The image is a great start but it would help if I had a link to the site as well.

    Thanks

    Hi Hire Dad

    Here is the link

Pls let me know if you need anything else such as username / pass…as long as make work…building it for a non profit org and will hand it to a lady to upload event, i want to make it with less issue possible. thanks again

I dont think Events Manager is causing the featured image in the event post page to be large. I believe your theme’s CSS or in particular the fusion-flexslider plugin is causing it. I would give the image a height between 250px & 300px. Check the settings in the plugin.

I will try to answer you last question in this thread however I recommend creating separate threads for each specific question. It will get more help from the community.

If you download a separate plugin called WP FullCalendar You will be able to customize the calendar from a few great choices built into that specific plugin. It works with Events Manager very well.

Question #2 – I believe if you go to -Events Manager-Settings- Formatting- You can customize the way the events look on the page.

Number #3 -I really don’t understand what you are trying to accomplish hopefully someone can answer that better.

    Hope this helps a little.
