    1. in the price calculations, is it possible to add conditional logic to determine booking cost? eg, based on small hall, it will add usd 100, for medium if selected from dropdown, it will add usd 150 and so on.?
    2. is it possible to create buffer days? eg, every booking must be start at least from tomorrow… not from today?

nope… what i mean is, sup[pose i have 20 workers… alll are registered in my site but in different role than customer.

Now i receive a booking. I would engage 3 of my workers against the booking to work on that event. That means i have 17 more to attach. in the next booking, i would attach my 5 workers. so now my available workers are 20 – 3 – 5 = 12. when all my workrs are used up like this, i have to stop taking more booking and that can be controlled by the admin.

that means i have a clear picture about booking and available worker association

    Hello.

Such capacity possible to set per calendar (it is means per days or time-slots (if you use the time fields)). And it’s means that such reduce of availability such as 20 – 3 – 5 = 12 possible via each day or via each time slots. In the Booking Calendar Business Large version, you can set capacities for your booking resources either for the entire day or for specific times within a day. This means you can control the number of bookings allowed for each day or for specific time slots. Learn more about this feature https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity

For example, you could specify that your booking resource can accommodate up to 10 bookings per day in a specific calendar. Alternatively, if you use time fields in the booking form, each time slot can accommodate up to 10 bookings per day. This flexibility allows you to manage bookings effectively, whether they are for full days or specific times.

    Kind Regards.
