few errors – Internal server error.

I got an error with the plugin and deleted the plugin after I checked the box “Complete deactivation”. That error is resolved.

However, now I received an error “Internal server error. Stage: heuristic_analysis”. So I disable the options “Scan links“, “Heuristic analysis” and “Scan HTML code“, then launch the Malware Scanner again. It ran its course and no errors. I enable these options again, ran the code and I still get this error. There are no deactivated plugins. What else can be done.
