Few basic WordPress questions

  • Since MovableType did there dumb new licensing system I will be using WordPress from now on. I installed a copy and seems great but I got a few basic questions.
    1. Where can I change the name of the blog? I looked everywhere for options for changing the name.
    2. Are there any good templates/skins for WordPress? I suck at HTML.
    Thats all I have for now.
