Fetching wrong shipment charges

    I

    m using this plugin in wordpress site, From Woocommerce When the quality increase it is working correctly. But while it is coming to shiprocket (auto fetched) if Quality is high, according to that box dimensions are also getting changed. I want to give all box dimensions are common. Why? How should I fix this in shiprocket dashboard?
