Fees Not Applying to Subscription Renewals

  • We are looking to apply a percentage fee on all orders paid with Stripe, specifically WooCommerce subscriptions.

    Currently the fee is being properly applied to the initial subscription orders but not on the subsequent automatic renewal orders. According to the changelog something related to this was addressed in version 2.5.9, but I’m wondering if something has changed since then causing it to be an issue again.

    We also considered enabling a Global Extra Fee, but that can only be a fixed fee, not a percentage.

    WordPress: 5.9.3
    WooCommerce: 6.5.1
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: 6.3.0
    WooCommerce Subscriptions: 3.1.1
    Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce: 2.6.4

    Hi @kkominc,

    We made our plugin compatible with WooCommerce Subscription plugin. This compatibility is added in the plugin v2.7.0. So, I’m marking this thread as resolved.
