Fees from Calc disapears on the Order when Updating an order

So i use this to add a optional fee for insurance when shipping items. Customer got charged which is fine but i added products on the order and didnt realise that the fee disapeared i did not delete it.

Loaded the fee again was fine till i changed the order again from processing to pending (cause i saw it disapear again).

i suspect this is from the latest update and it keeps disapearing
