    Updated: Most issues addressed below were resolved by author in recent updates, review was updated to reflect a more fair score.

    Original Review:
    Working stuff:
    -Emails and notifications about refunds.
    -Refund button for customer
    -Deny Refund button for admin

    Broken stuff:
    -Refund page css (I’ve fixed it myself so no problem here since I don’t expect the plugin to consider all themes.)
    -Clicking “Approve Refund” actually adds a new item to the order instead of a refund, then you have to manually refund the order anyway.
    -The previous issue is a bit serious since if a customer requests a refund for an order worth 20$, this plugin makes the order worth 40$ and you refund 20$. So as far as woocommerce is concerned you still sold something worth 20$ which is not true.

    UPDATE: I have fixed some issues the plugin has myself for my own use, you can check my post in the support forms if you’re having the same issues as I have my solution posted.
    I have posted a support ticket and will revisit the review if the issues are addressed.

    Unfortunately a www.remarpro.com moderator placed my account under moderation months ago and I’m not able to edit old reviews and posts.
    However, thank you for taking my review into consideration! And for addressing some of the issues.
    When I eventually get this lifted I’ll update the review.
