Feedwordpress – Wp-o-matic

I have a real problem.
I install feedwordpress in my blog… when i change template….. for a error i delete the folder of feedwordpress. so i copy it and reactivate the plugin.
Now the plugin work… but seems that feedwordpress don’t read feeds….
what can i do ?
sometimes i delete plugins and i don’t have any problem.
Now i inser many feeds but don’t work. the same thing for wp-o-matic i install is i delete the tables in phpmyadmin…. now when i re-copy plugin in plugin directory don’t work ….i see in phpmyadmin and when you active the second time this plugin don’t create tables ….
