Feedwordpress GreyBox Date issue

Using Feedwordpress plugin.

A number of the feeds we fetch show a grey box with the date on them whilst others do not. This grey box practically floats on the title making the latter part of the title unreadable.

It shows for some but not for others leading us to believe that it depends on the rss feed we are syndicating.

Does anyone know how we can still fetch the respective feeds but fetch them without the automatic grey date box?
