Feedwordpress and IBM’s feed

I run an aggregator , I use feedwordpress which works fine with other feeds.
The only one I have problems with is IBM’s

Running a search on the IBM website
https://www.ibm.com/search/?lang=en&o=0&cc=us&q=%22digital+preservation%22&hpp=10&en=utf&lv=c&qt=phrase

you can subscribe to the search result as an RSS feed which I did.

And got this error message

Error: FeedWordPress couldn’t find any feeds at https://www.ibm.com/fscripts/search/opensearch/search.fcgi?en=utf&startIndex=1&q=%22digital%20preservation%22&cc=us&lang=en&hpp=10&lv=c&qt=phrase&format=rss. Try another URL.

Status 200: OK. FeedWordPress had no problems retrieving the content at this URL but the content does not seem to be a feed, and does not seem to include links to any feeds.
