    Hi!

    My name is Jack and I work for Northwest Bus Sales, and Las Vegas Bus Sales.

    Both of these websites use your feeds and we love your plugin. Unfortunately, a while ago they stopped updating every hour like they used too. Now I have to manually go through and update every feed.

    Can you please help me get this solved? Thanks!!

    Hi @jackspence , can you give a screenshot of the System status tab from the plugin?

    Here’s how:
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    >>On top, go to the System Status tab. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/pR1FzjO
    >>Take a screenshot and send it to us.

    I cannot find that setting. I have the premium version of your plugin, but I only see these options. It looks different than yours.

    Hi, the plugin doesn’t have any menu called dashboard.

    Here’s how our plugin’s menu looks like: WPFM Dashboard Menus

    So it is possible that there is a conflict with another plugin.
