    Hello,

I’ve already posted on a solved discussion, sorry about that.

We have a situation here with feeds won’t pass the 0% or if I change the batch to size 50 it stuck on 33%.

Otherwise, even if I cloned the site to a new domain to test things out of the live site, the process is stuck at 0%.

I have tried to deactivate most of the plugins and still the same.

It would be GREAT to have a log/verbose thing below the feeds so we can know what is running, what stalled etc!

Edit: I found the enabled logging switch on settings.. Can I find that log someplace?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Edit: I found the enabled logging switch on settings.. Can I find that log someplace?

–> you can however it won’t show errors, it will just show queries made to your database and it won’t help identifying the issue at hand.

Did you already check the WooCommerce fatal error log of today to see what is in there? This is where you can find the log: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Can you let us know what is in today’s error log?

Also, when a feed is not processing this could also indicate there is something wrong with your WP-cron. Please see: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/. Are you sure your WP-cron is enabled?

I was going to embed a screenshot with the plugin tests. But I am going to share it via a link cause I can’t upload image here.. :/

Thanks for that. Can you make sure to update to the latest version of the plugin (version 10.7.0)? That should solve the error in your log and probably also the issue at hand.

    I have already Version 10.7.0.

It was one of the first things I did after it stopped working.

    Any help is much appreciated!

Also the last ones are different..

That seems to be related to a faulty formula used in your shipping cost settings. Did you use a formula for that? If so, can you share a screenshot of it with us/

It seems that if I disable Pixel Caffeine plugin and place a batch number like 200-300-500 it actually works..
But I have to ask, is there a way to recreate the xml file from scratch? I just renamed to old one or something?

    TIA

Not sure what you mean by that last question? When you start a new feed the file name will always be different.

On my live site the first feed never works.. it just stuck on 0%. On my clone I have tried some things(1) and the feed works and completes and all.
^ One question here, can I know somehow if the feeds worked, maybe from a log file?

    1. Things I have tried was to enable those in settings:
Enable logging (Enable only on advice of our support-team):
Remove the local pickup shipping zone from your feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)
Remove the free shipping zone from your feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)
    Turn off plugins like:
    Pixel Caffeine
    iQ Block Country
    Variation Swatches for WooCommerce
Smart Variations Images for WooCommerce (Premium)
    WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration
    WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping
    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping
WooCommerce Advanced Shipping – Advanced Pricing
    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Zones
    WooCommerce Wholesale Prices
    WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium
    WP Rocket
    Zendesk Chat Widget

Can any of those be the problem in the actual live site?
    TIA!

    Hi,

Can any of those be the problem in the actual live site?

Yes they can as quit a few of those are not compatible with our plugin

Did you already check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today and/or yesterday? This is where you can find those: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Yes, it keeps giving me this one^

Thanks for sharing this error log.

The error is related to your shipping costs and since you are using a lot of shipping plugins that are not supported by our plugin thats probably the cause.

One of these is probably the reason:

    WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration
    WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping
    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping
WooCommerce Advanced Shipping – Advanced Pricing
    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Zones

Also, are you using a shipping zone/method formula?

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer required I am going to close the topic. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
