I’ve been using the aggregator for years. I publish a “Blogs I Like” list in the right content area of my page. NO changes have been made in my site. However, suddenly the list of blogs doesn’t appear. The widget is there and the shortcode is the same as always [wp-rss-aggregator]. However, now no blogs are listed.

I checked the logs and the plugin is fetching items as usual. No errors are reported. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @seattlelion

You will need to check and confirm that your feed items are being imported under WP RSS Aggregator > Feed items.

Please check it out and let me know how it goes.

I checked the logs. The items are being imported. I also checked feed items and they are appearing there. The problem seems to be with displaying results. I am running WordPress 5.7.

Hi, @seattlelion Would you mind confirming, how you are displaying the feeds on the frontend? If you are using our premium add-ons to display the feeds, please use our contact form as this forum is only for questions related to the free version.

I believe I am using the free version. Am I wrong?

I discovered that Creative Minds Tooltip Glossary Pro breaks your plugin. Their support gave me a workaround. Inside the widget this is how the shortcodes look:

    [glossary_exclude]
    [wp-rss-aggregator]
    [/glossary_exclude]

It doesn’t explain why the two plugins interfere, but it solves the problem.

Hi @seattlelion Thanks for sharing, I’ll pass the same to the dev team for further consideration and testing.
