Feeds should not apply text-replacement filters

  • Ok, I have some feeds (rss/atom) that are getting syndicated on other sites, and the problem is that quotes ” ‘ are getting changed to a€? a€?, which is never parsed correctly. Most will translate them to question marks, so a title such as:
    Someone said: a€?quote me,a€? and I did
    turns into:
    Someone said: ?quote me,? and I did
    Which looks really bad.
    Is there a way to fix this so that feeds no longer get the quote formatting?
