Feeds randomly showing empty

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with a cached feed. Your issue description does indeed really sound like a caching problem, unfortunately that is not something we can solve as we have no control over the caching plugin/mechanisms you are using.

Then how come our Google Shopping feed works flawlessly even though we have our system’s cache working (the feed url is also excluded from caching)?

Thanks for this, you have a lot of feeds configured. What are the feed URL’s of the Google feed you claim is working properly (not being cached) and what is the feed URL of the feed that shows 0 products on a regular base?

Yes, we have some configured but only two are active: the Google shopping feed we’re using is called “Vinhedo Google” and the one with problems is called “KuantoKusta 2022”

• The debug.log shows you are on a rather old version of our plugin, can you make sure to update it to the latest version;
• Can you lower the default batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a lower number, lets say 350? This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

Just updated the plugin and changed the batch size.

Please do not close this thread as we will be keeping an eye on the feed to see if it’s fixed.

It seems that either updating the plugin and/or changing batch size solved the issue.
