Feeds not updating

  • Hello, hope someone can help me here.
    I posted new content to my blog Saturday night but feeds won’t update.

    I thought it might be a FeedBurner issue and on their fourms was told:

    This happens sometimes with wordpress if it takes too long to render your feed. You might want to consult wordpress documention or your web hosting provider’s tech support for performance optimization issues.

    I have a problem with feeds not updating also

    Using FeedDemon RSS reader

    If I uninstall the feed then re-install it picks up all the new posts, but after that it fails to pick up any more.

    Doesn’t happen with any other of my 200 feeds.

    Any idea gratefully received.
