Feeds Not Auto Updating

    I set RSS pull mode to auto and this was working fine but suddenly stopped two days ago (I only just realised it today). Before now this has never happened in the one year that the site has been up. But now Some of the feeds set to be pulled from every 120 minutes were showing last update to be in a large number of minutes and next update ASAP. I eventually had to pull them manually.

    I also noticed something similar on another of my websites where the feeds stop being pulled intermittently for a few days then start getting pulled again once or twice for no apparent reason.

    I hope my explanation is clear. The buttom line is that the auto RSS pull mode seems to be failing (at random?) on my sites.

    Both websites receive low but steady traffic daily (20 to 50 or so)

    Also just noticed this on another of my websites. Feeds last synced 3588 minutes ago (about 3 days ago)

    There are many threads about it. Please read them. In all cases the problems were caused by improper settings and all of them were resolved.
