    Hello @ceyhunyildiz

That error means that your site is running out of PHP memory. Before I recommend increasing your PHP memory on your server, you should try changing the “Maximum feed size” setting on the “Developers” page of WP-Lister’s settings to a lower number, I would start at the lowest, then try again. If that works, you can slowly increase that setting’s value until you find the value that works best on your server.

It may take some time to take effect after you change the setting explained above if there are already large feeds that have been submitted to Amazon.

    Kind regards,
    John

Thank you we reduced it from 1000 to 500 it worked, and after that we reduced to 200 it works too

    Hey @ceyhunyildiz

Glad to hear that resolved the issue.

    Hi again,

There is a question mark in the product description field. How can I get rid of it?

And also a lot of empty line breaks in the description field

    Hey @ceyhunyildiz

Here is what I recommend you do:

    1.) Backup your database
2.) Click the “Convert tables to utf8mb4” button on the “Tools” page of WP-Lister.
3.) Try re-submitting the listing to Amazon again on the listings page of WP-Lister using the bulk action drop down menu, or simply update the product in the edit product page of WC.

As for the line breaks, you should check the description you are using in WC and remove any unnecessary breaks or line returns.

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hello John

I think this did not fix the problem

2.) Click the “Convert tables to utf8mb4” button on the “Tools” page of WP-Lister.

Still there is ??????????????????? in the description

    Hey @ceyhunyildiz

Can you show me what the actual text is supposed to look like instead of the question marks?

Amazon only allows certain characters/HTML to be used: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/200415980?language=en-US&ref=mpbc_200441900_cont_200415980

Or maybe you could open a ticket regarding this here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we can have a closer look at this for you.

But if there are special characters/HTML tags where the question marks are rendering on Amazon, I would recommend removing them and try again.

    Kind regards,
    John

I think we are uploading images which are in the description. Is there an automated way to remove those images which are in the description, if not allowed on Amazon?

    Hey @ceyhunyildiz

Only platinum sellers are allowed to add images to the descriptions of listings on Amazon, so those will need to be removed.

I suggest you use the “Amazon description” field in each edit product page to provide a custom description to Amazon. When utilizing the “Amazon description” field in the edit product page, WP-Lister will automatically use that description instead of the WC description.

    Kind regards,
    John

Can the plugin do automatic removal of those images and paste into Amazon’s description? We have a few hundred products to do it manually. Maybe a selectable feature for platinum sellers next to the description on listing profiles?

    Sorry @ceyhunyildiz

But no, that is not possible out of the box with WP-Lister.

But you could edit the “_amazon_product_description” field in bulk with a compatible CSV plugin: Can I update my inventory from a CSV file?

    Kind regards,
    John
