Feeds do not show in list of feeds

    Hi

    Newly created feeds do not show in list of feeds ?

    When I try to create a new one with the same name it says it already exists.

    Hello,

    On saving the feed with the same name it will show ‘Feed already exits with the same name. And If the feed creation is successful, it will be shown on the list of feeds. If you are not able to get that please contact our support team. We shall look into it.

    Hi

    New feeds do not display In the Feeds list. Tried a few but nothing ever shows.

    I tried to make a support ticket but that also does not submit.

    Support has confirmed it did receive my requests.

    When you submit a support request no confirmation is displayed so I assumed it did not go through.
