Feeds auto-updating

  • Hi there,
    I’ve been learning how to use your plugin for a while and have some good results!
    I was able to create and synchronize feeds for facebook, pinterest and google store. All of the services update my feeds through link every day at 12:00 GMT+3.
    But, today I noticed that the wrong prices took place. Then I check my feeds files and realized: feeds themselves do not update at 12:00! In settings I just have options to update: daily, twicedaily etc OR only when products are changed.
    So, the question is how am I setting it to be updated right in 12:00 or a bit earlier so it can do it beforehand?
    I’ve also tried to update only when products are changed. I’ve changed some products data, but the feeds didn’t start to refresh.
    What can you suggest to accomplish the goal of having more control of refreshing feeds for their further synchronization?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The option to refresh your feed when products are updated doesn’t immediately update your feed when a product changed. It means that with the normal set refresh interval (daily, twice daily or hourly) the plugin checks if a product changes and your feed needs updating. When no products changed than a feed update is not needed which saves server processing resources.

    Unfortunately it is not possible for you to determine at what times exactly the feeds update.

    These are the refresh intervals:
    Daily: just after 07:00h local server time
    Twicedaily: just after 07:00h and 19:00h local server time

    Hi,
    Thank you so much for the answer. I wish I could do that. Well, I guess I need to do it by hand, tracking and waiting for my product import to finish then.
