    Hello,

    I have some feeds working and submitted to google etc. but they’re not updating in terms of prices. I added a number of new feeds recently and they never made it to the merchant centre so there’s some kind of an issue with the feeds generating.

    Whenever I try to edit the feeds or go to the settings, my whole website times out because of the plugin.

    I’m hoping you can provide some advice to get this fixed as it’s a very useful plugin when it works.

    OK, you’re reporting several issues. Let’s start with the time-out issue.

    Could you check your Browser Console Tab when opening one of the plugin pages? To open the Browser Console Tab press, depending on your preferred browser: CNTRL+SHFT+J (for Chrome) CNTR+SHFT+K (for Firefox) or F12 (for Explorer). If you work on a Mac: (CMD+OPT+J for Chrome or CMD+OPT+K for Firefox). This should open a Console Tab on your browser.

    After it is open, perform the action that fails, wait about a minute and see of you get any message on the console tab that looks like an error message. Make a screenshot of the Console Tab and send that to [email protected].

    Could you please check for any error logging files in the following places:
    1) On WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs
    2) In the root folder of your server
    3) In the “wp-content” folder on your server
    4) Or in the “wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager” folder

    If you can not find any error.log file, but do have a development or test server, please switch your test server to the debug mode, perform the action again and check all four places again for an error log file.

    More information about switching to the debug mode can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RWnuHqEC4I

    If you find any error logging files, please also send them to me.

    Hello @setreacy,

    I send you a reply on your mail last Saturday but have not received a response. Could you please check the following?

    “If you click on one of the small arrows left of the POST word, it should open up and show more information. Could you please do that and make a screenshot of the information it shows?”

    Hello @setreacy,

    Can you confirm you’ve send the information? I haven’t received an update on the issue yet, but it could be my filter has blocked it?
