    Hello,

All my feeds are set to refresh daily but they don’t refresh automatically anymore, I need to refresh them by hand. What could cause this issue?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The issue at hand, most likely, is caused because of an issue with your WP-cron that takes care of the automated updates. Did you disable the WP-cron in your wp-config.php perhaps?

You could also try to de-activate and re-activate our plugin as that will reset all cron events needed by our plugin.

    Hope this helps.

the cron is not deactivated, I tried de-activating and re-activating the plugin also. The feeds don’t refresh even if I do a manual refresh

sorry about the previous comment, they did refresh after the manual refresh. I just checked, it took a little more time. i will check again tomorrow to see if the cron jobs started

Automatic updates still not working, please tell me some more things I can try to fix it

have you tried de-activating and re-activating the plugin already? This will reset all cron-events needed to automatically update the feeds.

    Hi,

Can you share the plugins debug.log with us? It will help us understand how you have configured your product feed. Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

Thanks for this, your feeds indeed seemed to have stopped processing on the 3th of May already. Are you absolutely positive your WP-cron is functioning fine?

Could you also check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today/yesterday to see if there is anything in there that could give a clue what is happening? Have a close look for maximum execution time errors and maximum memory usage errors. Instructions on where to find the WooCommerce fatal error logs can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
