Feeds appearing as excerpts when Full Text is chosen.

While in the admin panel I have Full Text chosen for feeds, the items are appearing as excerpts.

I’ve turned off Feedburner to check that it wasn’t the problem and I can verify it is not the problem.

Any idea why this is happening?

Please advise.
