Feedback UX about delete icon

hi,

i’ve some feedback about delete icon is not enough explicit for user.
I think, it would be better for users if we replace dashicons-forms by dashicons-trash.

Every user of my client makes this feedback when they start to use the website.
They do not understand how to delete.
Some of them also asked for a confirmation message to avoid mistakes, miss click.
