Feedback , tough critic please?

  • Hi guys,
    I have just used WordPress to power a blog that will compliment my web design business.

    The blog is here:

    I am aware of the following problems:
    1) The header links are all wrong
    2) The category RSS is not perfect
    3) There are 2 validation errors.

    I would love if someone could visit and give me some really tough feedback/criticism. I am trying to make it perfect and would like as much feedback from a different perspective as possible.

    Even the smallest thing you think should be changed, I would appreciate. I am trying to give it the same style as my main site (Which is also only about 90% complete)
