Feedback Tab in Dashboard

I’m hoping someone can help. In reviewing the FEEDBACK tab on the left side of the blog under dashboard, I see comments that have been posted by readers etc. I can easily view the comments but the only options I have with the comments is Move to Trash, Mark As Spam. How do I make these comments viewable AND answerable on my blog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
