• Hey

I am going through a few GDPR plugins. Looking at these things:
    – Ease of use.
    – Follows a WordPress a kind of standard UI with tabs clean options etc.
    – Shows the needed features in a simple to follow way.

I installed the plugin and went to the GDPR Cookie Consent.
It would be helpful to have the option to move the plugin settings into the WP settings to not crowd the left WP sidebar. As you could move Policy Data and Getting Started into a tab next to Script Blocker. Instead of calling it Getting Started you could perhaps just have a support area. One of the items there would be the Getting Started section.

Tabs feel straight forward with enough information / ease of use to get started testing what it looks like. One thing I miss is having radio box with a test GDPR mode in the General screen so that every time I refresh the site the Cookie/GDPR banner would show up. Turn off test and go into real live mode. Right now if I happen to dismiss the banner on the frontend it is gone. I have not yet figured out how to get it back. Perhaps I need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin again.

Bottom line: Move GDPR Cookie Consent (title takes a lot of visual space in the WP sidebar menu) into Settings screen.

Have a radio box with a Test GDPR to which we can click making it easy to refresh the frontend having the GDPR show up again, so that we can work on adjusting what is needed.

    Thanks!

I will continue to look at it and update this thread when something else shows up that I would like to share.
