    I went to System – Reset, checked Reset Helpful and saved the changes. It seemed to work because the dashboard widget is now empty and all the data on the Start tab is also empty. However, the feedback messages (both pro and contra) remain in the feedback section of the plugin. I tried purging my cache (W3 Total Cache plugin) but didn’t help. How can I start fresh with a full reset? Thanks!

    So that you don’t lose your votes, there is now a reset feedback under reset in the settings. You can find more information in the changelogs: 4.2.12

    (Offtopic: I write more emoticons now, because I found out that Windows and . (dot) outputs emoticons. So if you use Windows 10 and didn’t know it, you can now spam emoticons too.)

    Thanks so much. Now the export feature becomes very handy because a bunch of feedback eventually slows down the backend and they have to be deleted!

    And I did not know about the Windows/. command. Pretty cool!
