Feedback needed..

Please take a look at the link below and tell me what you think of my design? Its not in word press at the moment just HTML and CSS. I was going to write a CMS with PHP but then I came across wordpress and I think I might be better off to just use it as a CMS and alter my design to fit it..
However I want opinions on the design first..

I have posted this to be done on Rentacoder to see what kind of feedback I get there. Usually coders will reply saying how hard this will be etc. so Id like to get a guage on it.
