I am using yoast plugin on many website but started your plugin on few website.

Code text (example ™ or tick mark or any other) is not working in title or meta description But I can easily insert any html text in yoast and google also display that character in search.

Hope you will fix this issue soon.

    Thanks.

If paste as character, then work but why not work if insert as a code as ” ™ “.

Its because, how will work incase import through xml or csv.

    Thanks.

Thanks for reply. You can check in this way. Just insert code in title or meta description.
In yoast case: code generate output; (means ™ will show tm)
In your case: code generate code; (Means ™ will show ™)

    Hope clear about feedback.

    Hello,

That is because Rank Math honors superscript.

You can check the difference here:

Or did you mean something else?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

    I mean something else.
Actually, I want grow your plugin like yoast from my heart, that’s why giving time for feedback.
    Now,
Insert html code (& trade;) ™ or (& # 10004;) in your title and/or meta description.

In your plugin case, this code will display as it-is not output

But yoast plugin, it will show as output as tick mark.

Let us know if still not understand my concern.

    Thanks.

    Hello @skumar1st

    Sorry for not being clear.

In the preview, Yoast shows the code but on the frontend, the code’s output/text is shown. It doesn’t show tm

    Here is a screencast:

Also, the search engines will show the decoded string instead of this entity code.

Hope this clears the confusion and helps.

    Thank you.
