• Hi,
your plugin works very weel on our websites, but there is a strange behaviour that maybe you can help us to solve.

We manage our discounts with a third part plugin, Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce – by Orion. This plugin calculates sales, but it doesn’t write the sale price on the WooCommerce database, as many plugins like this one do.

Pixel Caffeine is able to write the sale price in XML feed for Facebook, but only if we generate the feed manually, or we click on the REFRESH button. If we apply the AUTOMATIC UPDATE of the feed (every one hour, for example) the sale price disappears! If we click on refresh button, it appears again!

It’s very strange, it seems as REFRESH button and AUTOMATIC UPDATE work differently.

Can you help us to solve this problem?

    Thank you very much, regards,
    MARCO

    Hi,

that behavior is really strange. The service that generates the feed is the same both when you create a new feed and refresh and refresh automatically from the scheduled cron.

Please, try to contact the developer plugin and ask to ensure that the filters for the sale work properly during a cron task.

    Hi Antonino,
good suggestion. We will try to contact the developer of discounts plugin: maybe the cron job is key. If we find the solution, we will post it here.

    Grazie
